DoT to Get Strict With Network License

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has laid down the order to all the new operators to get their license for their new network as per the license guidelines, the operators who neglect this guideline would then be ready to face legal action.
The DoT has given licenses in January 2008, the new network operators now have to accomplish about ten percent in a year and about fifty percent in the three years. Also there were some of the new network operators that are succeeded in fulfilling the rollout obligations with the given amount of time.
Those network operators who have declined these rollout obligations to get fulfilled in the three years have to be ready to face the legal proceedings and have to pay for the penalty according to the officials. The Department of Telecommunications has begun to send legal notices to the failed network operators who have not met these obligations.
