Idea Cellular ties up with Indian Railways

Idea Cellular has recently stated that it has tied up with Indian Railways so as to promote its “Break the Language Barrier” campaign and launch its language helpline services. This latest service will help the passengers who are travelling to other parts of the country.
Under the campaign, the Idea Language Helpline will be promoted for a week across the entire Indian Railways Network. The large number of people who uses the facility of 139 will listen to the Idea Language Helpline Jingle which will help the company to create a brand connect.
Whenever an individual will call the inquiry number 139 he will first listen to the jingle for 10 seconds and when the call is connected jingle will be played for 15 seconds while getting transferred to the human interface.
This latest initiative will help the travellers to communicate with the people in the new cities and place. The Idea Language Helpline Jingle will be played in English language in the South circles of the country and in the rest of the circles it will be played in Hindi.
